OWF Holdings has enacted and is committed to implementing the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for its employees by adopting reliability and transparency as its basic operating principles. Executives and employees will enhance the company through change and innovation, practicing transparent, responsible, and integrity management with a well-prepared corporate vision. This Code of Ethics is established to fulfill our responsibilities to customers, shareholders, and local communities, and contribute to national and social development.

Standards for Thinking and Behavior of Executives and Employees

(1) Basic Ethical Principles

● With pride as OWF Holdings members, employees protect the honor and credibility of the company through proper attire, behavior, language, and self-management.

●  Employees work honestly and fairly, keeping promises and upholding high ethical values.

● Employees observe company regulations and legitimate instructions, while superiors maintain fairness to harness organizational unity.

● All employees must understand and comply with the Code of Ethics, reporting and taking responsibility for any violations.

● Employees refrain from illegal activities, including giving or receiving money or valuables.

● Employees manage working hours efficiently, avoiding personal work during work hours.

● Employees do not engage in improper financial activities with colleagues or customers.

● Employees avoid conflicts of interest, including embezzlement or breach of trust.

(5) Constructive Lifestyle

● Employees save company resources and avoid extravagance and waste.

● Employees refrain from unethical or illegal activities, including gambling and harassment.

(6) Creating a Pleasant Work Environment

● Employees maintain a safe and clean work environment, respecting each other and preventing accidents.

(7) Protection of Trade Secrets and Intellectual Properties

Employees protect company information and intellectual properties, avoiding unauthorized disclosures and infringements.

Whistleblowers reporting unethical activities that save the company money will be rewarded following an investigation.

(6) Responsibilities and Obligations to the State and Community

● The company complies with all local and international laws, respecting cultural and social values.

The company actively participates in community development, environmental protection, and avoids political involvement.

Supplemental Provisions

(1) Enforcement Date: The Code of Ethics shall come into effect from April 20th, 2021.

(2) Ethical Practice Guidelines: A separate code of conduct for employees is established and operated.

(3) Relationship with Other Regulations: The Code of Ethics takes precedence over other company regulations.

(4) Interpretation: The Ethics Management Secretariat’s interpretation and decision prevail in case of disputes.
